We believe in and
support the independent film-making community in the Pacific
Northwest, and as often as is practical will fill our cast and crew
needs from the considerable talent pool that exists in this region.
We’re
happy to receive headshots and/or resumes at any time, for future
reference – please understand that while we promise we will look at
everything that comes in, we won’t guarantee that you will hear back
from us right away (or maybe even ever – depending upon our needs).
Please mail materials to:
Road’s
End Films
c/o submissions
8600 NE Parrett Mountain Rd.
Newberg, OR 97132 U.S.A.
Special
note regarding screenplays:
If you want to have us look at
your screenplay for possible consideration as a future Road’s End
Films production, PLEASE read and follow these guidelines:
1)
REGISTER your screenplay with the Writer’s Guild and COPYRIGHT it
with the Library of Congress, BEFORE you send it to us. This is for
your own protection.
2)
If you want the screenplay returned, enclose sufficient POSTAGE and a
return ADDRESS LABEL.
3)
Send only your best work. We don’t care if you are a first-time
screenwriter, just as long as your screenplay doesn’t READ like a
first-time effort. Genre is not the main issue with us – we want
strong characters that are fully-realized, realistically motivated,
and who face believable obstacles that the audience can relate to. If
you don’t understand what we’re talking about, or if your
screenplay is lacking these qualities, don’t send it in. For more
information call us at 503-925-8023.
Any
unsolicited materials send to Road’s End Films, including
photographs, videotapes, DVDs, screenplays, or any other written or
audio/visual material, will not be returned unless proper postage and
return mailing information is included.
