Robert
Bruce, Writer/Director
Robert
is Vice President and Creative Director of Road’s End Films,
Inc, a family-owned independent film studio
located outside Portland, Oregon. Robert first began making short
live action and animated films while still in junior
high school. After college he went to work as an advertising
copywriter at Talant/Yates Advertising in Denver. He advanced
to Creative Director of Copy before leaving to establish his own
boutique ad agency, Cameron Communications,
in Boulder. He won a number of awards, not only for his print work
but also for radio and television campaigns
for clients such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Colorado. A much
sought-after writer, he has published over 200
non-fiction articles, a half-dozen short stories, and even a
textbook on software debugging procedures. Over the last
ten years he has devoted most of his energy toward establishing
and growing Road’s End Films. Two of his first projects
under the Road’s End Films banner were filmed adaptations of
Shakespeare’s Macbeth and Othello for co-producers
Gary Saderup and Patrick Warburton. He wrote
and directed the company’s first award-winning feature film,
From Kilimanjaro With Love; filmed in
Oregon using all Oregon cast and crew. Most recently, he wrote and
directed the innovative web series Forests
of Mystery, which is being distributed by internet
broadcasters Koldcast TV and Mevio and
which is available on a variety of platforms including iPod and
Zune portable entertainment devices.

Chris
Miller, Director of Photography
Chris’
passion for motorsports (specifically rally) began as a young kid
seeing Colin McRae race in the WRC in his
Subaru Impreza. In college he continued to follow the WRC paying
attention to the camera work and overall storytelling.
During that time he pursued a career as a Director of Photography
and received his Bachelor of Science in New
Media Communication from Oregon State University. He honed his
skills and craft as a cinematographer and took what
he learned making films and translated it into shooting rally cars
and producing segments for Driving Sports TV and
ESPN News. He has eight years of experience as a Director of
Photography filming commercials, broadcast TV, motorsports,
and feature films. His motorsports experience spans from shooting
local rally cross events to the national rally
circuit, trans am, and time attack series. His work can be found
on ESPN, FOX Sports, and DVD.

Kai
Shelton, Stunt and Special Effects Coordinator
Kai
has over 18 years special effects and stunt experience in the film
and television industry. His credits include Into
The Wild, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Trek, Dante’s
Peak, the television series Leverage, and the recently
released Gamer. He is an avid
collector and restorer of all things motorized, many of which he
then uses in stunt work and training
courses. Kai’s Oregon roots go deep, and he is familiar with
many of the local off road rally races. Along with
his extensive movie credits, Kai is also a stunt driving
instructor and mechanic at Motorsports Driving Academy located
in Oregon. Kai is a member of SAG, IATSE local 44 and 488, and
PADI. He is a graduate of Linfield College with
a bachelor’s of science, and currently owns and operates Shelton
FX, which specializes in motion picture special effects
and stunts.
